CEO Ravi Kumar S. emphasized the organization’s steadfast commitment to becoming an AI-first enterprise, highlighting the establishment of the lab as a significant step towards AI innovation.

The primary objective of the lab is to develop AI systems that enhance decision-making processes and drive superior business outcomes across various domains. Additionally, the lab aims to leverage the power of LLMs (Large Language Models) to create decision-making AI systems that surpass traditional prompt engineering.
